1 Definitions and Applicability

1.1 Key Definitions

In this document, "Platform" refers to tk bazzi's website, mobile application, and all digital services operated under it. "User" or "you" means any person who has registered on this platform or is using its services. "We", "our", or "tk bazzi" refers to the governing body of this platform.

1.2 Scope of Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all adult users residing in Bangladesh. Opening any account, making a deposit, playing a game, or placing a bet on the platform constitutes your agreement to these terms in full. Use of this platform by minors (persons under 21 years of age) is strictly prohibited.

1.3 Language and Interpretation

The primary language of these terms is Bengali. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the Bengali version shall be considered final. If there is any uncertainty about the interpretation of a clause, users may contact our support team.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on tk bazzi, users must provide accurate and complete information. The name, mobile number, and email address provided at registration must be valid and genuine. We reserve the right to close any account opened with false information at any time.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If the same person opens multiple accounts, all accounts may be permanently closed and any balances in those accounts may be forfeited. This rule is strictly enforced to prevent bonus abuse and fraud.

2.3 Account Security

It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

3.1 Age Requirement

All services on tk bazzi are for persons aged 21 or older only. At registration, the user declares that they are 21 or older. We may request a valid identity document to verify age at any time.

3.2 KYC Verification

tk bazzi may carry out an identity verification (KYC) process at any time to prevent potential fraud and ensure account security. This process may require a copy of a National ID card, birth registration certificate, or passport. Withdrawal requests may be held until verification is complete.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

If any information provided at registration is later found to be false or incomplete, the account will be suspended immediately or closed permanently. In such cases, we are under no obligation to return the balance.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

Deposits on tk bazzi can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Only payment methods registered in the user's own name may be used — sending funds from a third party's account is not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to complete. Funds will be sent only to the payment method used for the deposit. Where applicable, withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC verification is complete.

4.3 Transaction Accuracy

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users on tk bazzi can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; the bonus ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer can be claimed only once per user, unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time limit for claiming the bonus.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts and bonuses being cancelled.
• tk bazzi's decision is final in all matters relating to bonuses.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned from bonus funds become withdrawable after the specified conditions are met.

5.3 Other Promotions

Various promotional offers are provided from time to time, including weekend special offers, slot bonuses, cricket season promotions, birthday rewards, and referral bonuses. Separate terms apply to each offer and are stated alongside the offer. tk bazzi reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are considered valid only after they have been finally confirmed. Accepted bets generally cannot be cancelled. tk bazzi reserves the right to cancel any bet placed on the basis of incorrect odds or payouts displayed due to a technical error or software issue.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for the related bet will be refunded or the bet will be settled as void. In a multi-bet, if one selection is cancelled, that leg will be removed and the remaining selections will be recalculated. In live betting, odds change very quickly, so the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final.

6.3 Casino Gaming Rules

Casino games are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which keeps every result completely independent. If a connection is lost during a live casino game, the result of that round will be determined automatically and the bet will be settled accordingly. Any payout resulting from a software error may be cancelled.

7 Prohibited Activities

7.1 Fraudulent Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Exploiting software or system vulnerabilities to gain an advantage.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing the bonus system.
• Using automated bots or software to play games or place bets.
• Colluding with other users when betting (Collusion).
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Using or attempting to steal another user's login details.

7.2 Consequences

If any of the above prohibited activities are found, tk bazzi may close the relevant account without prior notice, seize the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by the User

Any user may close their account voluntarily. To do so, contact our support team. It is advisable to settle all open bets and balance before requesting account closure. The self-exclusion option under our Responsible Gaming Policy may also be used.

8.2 Closure by Us

tk bazzi may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice if there is a breach of terms, evidence or suspicion of fraud, or a need to protect the integrity of the platform. Whether the balance is refundable in such cases depends on the circumstances.

8.3 Long-term Inactive Accounts

An account will be marked as inactive if there has been no transaction or login for 12 consecutive months. A maintenance fee may be applied to inactive accounts where applicable, which will be deducted from the balance. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.

Our platform uses third-party game software and payment gateways. tk bazzi is not directly liable for any loss suffered by a user due to an error or issue with these third-party services.
